I work with English-speaking adults offering personalized, trauma-sensitive support.

Standard Session Length:  55 min.

Location:  Phone or Video Chat with Google Meet

Couples and Family Counseling

I also work with couples, families, or small groups when they are healing together in a shared context. I do not work with individuals who are struggling with abusive or narcissistic behavior. That kind of support requires a medical professional who is trained to diagnose and treat personality disorders. My work is focused on helping survivors heal. 

Payment, Refunds, Cancellations, Rescheduling, Lateness:  

Payment is due prior to your appointment. There are no refunds on services.  

To be eligible to reschedule, you must provide 48 hours’ notice. 

Sessions will end at the designated time, even if you are late for the call.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will consider you a no-show and will not wait any longer.

Rates:

Phone sessions are $125

Video sessions are $135.

I also offer a limited number of Fast Pass appointments if you need to schedule sooner than the next available spot. These are offered at a higher rate. You can find details on the Rates page.  

Ethics & Confidentiality:

I do everything I can to meet or exceed the Ethical Principles for Professional Coaches set forth by the International Association of Coaching. Confidentiality is essential to me. I hold each session in strict confidence. I will never release your personal session information unless you are legally required or you have given written consent.
