about the Group

The coaching portion of this group will focus on one topic per week that will help you take the next step in your healing.  You will have time to ask questions about your own situation. Here you will not only find support, but you can build connections with others who are in the healing process from spiritual abuse.

Schedule:  This is an ongoing weekly 60 minute group.  You can join anytime; however, you must commit to joining us for at least 4 weeks.  Please use the contact form below to request a list of current openings.

Cost: $80 for an entire month (4 weeks of group coaching)

Size:  This group is limited to 4 members.

Format:  Group meetings are held weekly via video chat with Google Meet.

Here’s what to expect:

  • To develop a better understanding of spiritual abuse and learn what you can do to heal

  • To learn helpful strategies to navigate the painful impacts, so they don’t derail your healing

  • To benefit from an environment where you are free to share your spiritual journey and be encouraged by other Christians

  • To receive care, validation, and accountability for the tasks YOU have chosen to do

  • To cover topics that are chosen based on the specific needs of the group

This group will not meet all your healing needs.  It’s designed to reduce your isolation and support your recovery process.  It’s an excellent addition to individual counseling.
