This is a Christian Women's Recovery Group where you find a safe and supportive environment to heal. Connect with other who "get it!"
We cover topics such as understanding the true realities of narcissism, breaking trauma bonds, finding closure, navigating contact and smear campaigns, handling parental alienation, healing your body and nervous system, building healthy relationship, developing healing habits, ending obsessive thinking, and more.

Support Group

This is a Christian Support Group for those dealing with narcissism in their family. Members deal with narcissistic parents, siblings, spouses, children, and extended family members. Connect with others who "get it!" Each meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss your questions, thoughts, and concerns. A few topics we dive into are navigating smear campaigns, surviving holidays, deciding on what level of contact to have, alienation, dealing with triggers, ambiguous grief, and overcoming guilt.
